We ship to street addresses only – no PO Boxes. If you need to ship internationally, options will become available at checkout based on your delivery address.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer for your order to ship (sales, major promotions, holiday season, etc.).
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can also log into your account page to check the status of your order and tracking information.
What if I'd like to change my order after it's placed?
We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Send us an email at: landstar@stran.com.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange my order?
Our return policy is simple. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and therefore have a return policy up to 30 days from the order date. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective merchandise at no charge; recipient is responsible for freight to us and back out on exchanges. All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge and must include a return authorization number clearly marked on the package. Please call our office for RA #'s. Returns must be sent back to Landstar Merchandise Fulfillment via UPS, FEDEX or USPS; shipping method must be traceable.
Custom orders, discounted and discontinued items are not returnable.
We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns for international orders due to the high cost of freight, duties and taxes.

If you have any questions, please call (800) 449-6822. You can expect your refund or exchange within three (3) weeks from the date you mailed your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
